A while back I blogged about the need for WEE in South Africa (and actually the world).
It has been proven throughout the African continent and America that the vast majority of non-Caucasians have a remarkable lack of IQ.
This leads to everyone being polite and liberal (actually condescending), which then leads to the system of Affirmative Action. Rolling on from here is EE, BEE, BBEEE, BBBEEE, and this list just continues....
Even the constitutions get rewritten for these failures in humanity. But alas I almost digressed....
Employment, job opportunity, business startup, etc., is literally an impossibility in South Africa if you are a white skilled male. It is now also starting to affect the educated bunch too.
The way around these laws is the way to go. The only problem with the idea is that many singular entities need to be involved at the same time. Legality needs to be a major issue. At no time must the laws of the land be broken.
Here is an example of my idea:
So you want to start a Fish & Chip Shop. You cannot run it on your own. You are not allowed to employ friends and family, unless you have satisfied the labour requirements of the land by employing Affirmative Action's. Unfortunately you still need 5 people: Assistant, Accountant/Bookkeeper, Fryer/Chef, and two General Assistants (bottlewasher/stores/cleaners).
What needs to happen is that each and every person needs to register as a standalone business entity. You then contract out (outsource) to them (tender too) and fulfill the labour requirements.
If a requirement cannot be met, as in an engineering firm who needs a crankshaft grinder, this system could be implemented and enhanced to allow said contractee to buy a crank grinder. This will also aid in the tax-ability of most firms, as they assist others through a NGO to initiate new businesses. Of course water-tight contracts will have to be set up to protect the investors.
